Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds related to Guidin's programs.

Enquiry Stage

There is no cost or obligation at the enquiry stage. Submitting a form, downloading the free Starter Kit, or having a conversation with our team does not constitute enrolment and carries no charges.

Enrolment Confirmation

Enrolment in a paid program is considered confirmed only once payment (where applicable) has been received and acknowledged by Guidin, following direct communication about batch details, schedule, and fees.

Cancellation by the Participant

If you wish to cancel your enrolment, please notify us in writing at hello@guidin.in as early as possible.
Cancellations made before the program's start date [may be eligible for a full/partial refund, minus any processing charges — specify exact terms].
Cancellations made after the program has commenced [may not be eligible for a refund, or may be eligible for a prorated refund based on sessions not yet attended — specify exact terms].
No refunds will be provided for non-attendance of live sessions once a program has begun, unless due to circumstances communicated and approved in advance by Guidin.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Guidin

In the event Guidin needs to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a batch/session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability), participants will be notified as early as possible and offered the choice of:
Moving to the next available batch, or
A full refund of amounts paid for the affected program

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within [X] business days to the original mode of payment.
Any bank/payment gateway charges incurred during the original transaction may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.

Non-Refundable Items
The free Career Clarity Starter Kit and other free resources are not eligible for any refund, as no payment is involved.
One-to-one coaching sessions, once availed/attended, are non-refundable for the sessions completed.
