Find Your StaRTING POINT
Where are you right now?
Guidin is built around six career stages, see which one matches where you are today.
School student (10th grade+)
I want to understand myself and explore careers before I have to choose.
l1
College student
I want to be career-ready before graduation — not after.
l2
Fresh graduate
I need a structured job-market strategy, not scattered applications.
l3
Early-career professional
My career feels stuck or misaligned — I want to understand why.
l4
Growing professional
I've hit a plateau and want my next move to be strategic.
l5
Mid-career professional
I'm moving toward senior roles and want to be genuinely ready.
l6
The Problem
These are different problems. They shouldn't get the same advice.
"I don't know what career suits me."
Confusion isn't solved by pressure to decide. It needs self-awareness and real exploration first.
"I'm graduating - now what?"
The campus-to-career transition needs preparation and job-market strategy, not luck.
"I have a job, but it doesn't feel right."
Misalignment needs diagnosis, strengths, gaps and options, before any big move.
"I'm working hard but not moving up."
Plateaus and readiness for senior roles need positioning and strategy, not more effort alone.
Generic advice treats all of these the same. Guidin doesn't. Every program is built for one specific stage of the journey.

Career Explorer
School students - 10th grade and above
Age-appropriate career exploration focused on strengths, interests, self-awareness and real-world discovery, before major decisions are made.

The problem at this stage
Students are expected to choose a stream, a course and effectively a career, before any structured chance to understand themselves or the world of work. Decisions made under that pressure follow marks and trends rather than fit.

Program FAQs
Not if “thinking about careers” means exploring rather than deciding. Career Explorer isn’t about locking in a path at 15 or 16. It helps students understand their strengths and interests and see what different careers involve day to day, so that stream and course choices are made with information instead of pressure.
Yes. Many students choose a career based on the few options they’ve seen at home or at school. Career Explorer helps them test that choice against what the work involves and what suits them. Some come out more certain, and some discover options they hadn’t known about. Either way, the decision is better informed.
Concrete outputs, not just a feeling of clarity. They leave with a strengths and interests profile, a career possibilities map, an exploration log of what they tried and learned, and a framework for their upcoming stream or course decisions.

Who It's For
Students and professionals - kept deliberately distinct.
For Students & Parents
A 10th-grader exploring possibilities and a college student preparing for work are solving different problems - Guidin treats them that way, with two distinct programs.
For parents : we won't tell your child what to become. We build the self-awareness, exploration and decision-making skills that make good career choices possible, a skill they'll use for life.
For Professionals
Launching, feeling stuck, plateauing, or preparing for senior responsibility are four different problems. Choose the one that sounds like yours.
Between two levels? That's normal, the stage finder or a short conversation with us settles it.
About the Founder
Built from 11 years of - watching capable people stay stuck.

Anusha K P
Founder, Guidin
Author of the book Stop Following Your Passion - because one line of advice isn't enough for one of life's biggest decisions.
Over the last 11 years, I’ve worked across Learning & Development, instructional design, learning operations and project management. Working closely with people, teams and organisations has given me a first-hand view of how differently careers can evolve, and how often people make important career decisions without having enough clarity about their strengths, options or the realities of the workplace.
My experience has taught me to look at careers not just from the perspective of what someone wants to do, but also what they are good at, what the market needs, what opportunities are available and what is realistically possible at a particular stage of their career.
That is what led me to create Guidin. I wanted to bring together the professional experience, structured thinking and practical tools needed to help people make more informed career decisions and, importantly, turn those decisions into action.
A good career decision needs more than passion. It needs an understanding of who you are, what you're good at, what opportunities exist, what the market values and what future you want to build.
